This is a great video that I found on YouTube from HOWDINI.COM
Laurie Gelman works with Liv Hansen from Betty Crocker Kitchens to create a very easy-to-make bunny cake!
-They start off with a baked cake, which they cut in half and place upward.
-Later, they spread colorful frosting (of your choice) between the two pieces to stick the cake half together.
-Spreading the frosting around the entire cake to cover it up.
-Along the way you can create ridges to give the "furry bunny look"
-Place a bunny nose with a a pastel M&M
-Then place the whiskers (which are rainbow candies)
-Take mini marshmallows for the eyes
-For the eyeballs, take a jelly bean cut in half and place a bit of frosting so that it sticks to the mini marshmallow
-For the ears, cut out tear-drop shaped pieces of construction paper (matching bunny color)
-Last, place the BIG marshmallow as the tail
...... and you will have an easy bunny cake in no time !!
